Carrigtwohill village is located 11 km east of Cork City on the main Cork-Waterford route (N25) and has undergone vast change from a small rural village to a new satellite town. From 2006 to 2011 it saw a 64% increase in population which earned it the title of the fastest growing town in Munster and the fourth fastest growing town nationally.
The eastern end contains the heart of the village with its church, schools, linear shopping street and various amenities. Our Community is continually growing with a population of approx 5,080 at the last census report from 2016.
